Welcome to our Convention Forms Page. You will find all the necessary forms for registering for the 2013 IFCA Youth Convention on this page. In addition, many Regional events use the same forms for Ministry Training Area events.
You must also preregister your MTA by May 15, 2013. Visit our registration page for details.
New rule changes including a new scoring system are in place for all MTA's for 2013.
You must use the new forms for participation in 2013.
